vekia Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 hello on order page you can define order "status" there is also option "shipped" etc. after each change of status your customers will receive email about that. (you can define for which statuses you want to send mail under orders >statuses tab) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
