Customer forget to add shipping. What to do ?

Hello

 

A customer cliked for "Collect at shop" when checked out but should have used normal shipping.

The customer admit to have done a mistake.,

How can we add the shipping cost to an already payed (paypal) order, the easiest way ?

I would just send the paypal user an invoice for the shipping amount.  Once its paid, ship their item.
