Back Office Order (Fatal Error)

Hi,

 

I have a problem when creating an order in back office.

 

After clicking on "sent an email to customer" my cart is created and the customer recieves this link : 

http://yachting-location.fr/index.php?controller=order&step=3&recover_cart=61&token_cart=02c7403e813459f1bc33d3247f123691

 

On my browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE) it works and I have access to the page to confirm my order. But in some others computers i have a blank window with "fatal error" and no other message.

 

Any idea of the problem?

I use Prestashop 1.5.4.1
