Browse the mobile site link not working - help!

Hello - my link at the bottom of the page Browse the mobile site is not working - it appears as it is not even the link, although in my footer.tlp it is written:

    {$HOOK_FOOTER}
    {if $PS_ALLOW_MOBILE_DEVICE}
      <p class="center clearBoth" style="position: relative; margin-top: 56px; top: -288px;><a href="{$link->getPageLink('index', true)}?mobile_theme_ok">{l s='Browse the mobile site'}</a></p>

 

Does anybody have any idea?

link isn't generated well, this is how it looks:

it looks like you've go some issue with encoding there.

file is saved with utf-8 encoding?
