Updating price with quantity discount before add to cart

Currently, the quantity discount is only subtracted from the price when it is added to the cart. The quantity discount can be seen clearly in the block cart sidebar and is all correct.

 

What i want to be able to do is update the price, on an individual product page, if the quantity of the product = quantity discount. We use a number of combinations, and Prestashop automatically recalculates the price once a combination is chosen (through AJAX i guess)

 

Is it possible once a user has moved his cursor out of the quantity box, that the unit price minus quantity discount can be calculated and shown as the price on the page before adding to cart?

You're right...If discount price for a chosen amount is not shown/refreshed on screen, it's really annoying...

Only base prices are shown although when added to cart, discounts are correctly applied.

I can't understand why this has not been fixed...
