@ndy
I set up my Delivery numbers and Invoice Numbers to follow on from my old store. The Invoice Numbers are working fine and showing correctly on store & PDF. My Delivery note numbers are not. When I open my delivery pdf is says I'm opening DE001625 as I set it, on the top of my PDF reader it also shows the DE001625 number I set.But actual pdf form that I print out it says Delivery #DE0000004 and also on the order page it says DE0000004.I can't understand why it's doing what it is or how I can change it on the printed version. (I'm on PrestaShop™ 1.5.5.0)
tuk66
Are you using multistore? Can be that you set the next delivery number for a different shop? See all records for PS_DELIVERY_NUMBER in the ps_configuration table.

@ndy
Just wondering if anyone has any solution for this?As I still have the problem, also where my pdf says order 'number' instead it's the unhelpful jumble of letters that makes up the order reference. It's also the random letter reference rather than the order number that is sent out with the confirmation emails so it's making dealing with customers on the phone really difficult.... as all they have to quote for there order is an un-sequenced letter jumble. claybourg
@NDY did you fix the issue? I have the same problem with ver 1.5.6.0 but it does not work at all for either DE or IN. I don't have multi stores either. I set my DE and IN numbers to start at 20131 so they should be IN201311, IN201312 and so on. I only get IN00001, IN00002 and so on. I'm in the process of testing 1.5.6.1 update and it's got the same issue
