Regole tasse non funzionanti

Buongiorno,

utilizzo prestashop 1.4.8.3 per problemi con il template.

Ma ho un piccolo problema con le regole tasse.

Premetto che lo store è per un cliente americano e quindi ho tutto in inglese.

 

Quando andavo nelle regole tasse vedevo tutte le regole già impostate, ma nel momento in cui volevo modificarne una dopo aver cliccato sulla matitina la pagina mi dava: Internal Server Error.

Ho ben pensato quindi di cancellarle tutte per ricrearle dato che il mio cliente ha solo una regola per la florida, ma cliccando su "Aggiungi nuova regola" ho lo stesso problema.

L'errore completo è:

Potrebbe essere la mancanza di qualche file? Mi aiutate per favore?
