Wrong carrier shown in order confirmation email

Hello,

 

I've run into a problem (bug?) while testing my site (prestashop 1.5.5) where the wrong carrier is shown in the order confirmation email sent to customers.

 

Shipping is set up with all products already assigned a carrier.

 

products from manufacturer A - UPS

products from manufacturer B - Fedex

products from manufacturer C - USPS

 

So when customer buys a product from all 3 manufacturers, all 3 carriers show up.  And it displays correctly in FO, BO, invoice pdf, etc but not in the confirmation email.  Only one carrier is displayed. 

 

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
