[Help] Add product on order costumer in Back office

Hi, sorry for my bad english

I used prestashop V 1.5.1, and i want to add product on costumer Orders, So i go to BO > Order > Costumer Order, And I clik "Add Product"

And Show Like This :



So I input the name, combination, ect of product What Want to Add For Costumer


And I Clik " Add Product" on The Right Side, But The Result Is Not Product What I've Input It Before,,,the result is Same product with costumer order before...see like this :


How To Fix It?? Thank For Help
