Issues w/ 1.5.5

I have 1.5.5 installed & have issues with it

 

With a site that was updated

1-Cannot add images. Keeps giving me an error that says

An error occurred while copying image.

 

2-Also keep getting Paypal errors in orders, even if it allows the order to go through. Only got 1 APi error message

 

3-When I copy to add another image it takes me to a blank page, but puts the new item in anyway (find it by going back & refreshing

 

 

Added another new site I am working on & it gives me these errors

 

When I try to add a product I get this error message

Some tabs was not loaded correctly. Would you like to reload them? I click ok & it keeps popping back up (does this until I click cancel). 

 

At the top of the same product page it gives this error (The language is still set to English as it came & I checked languages under localization & its still enabled as it came

The product name is empty. You will at least need to enter a name for the default language before you can save the product.

 

 

Not sure how to get all of this working?
