How to add own language fields

We have made changes in some files and need to add custom fields into admin-translation.

For example; $mycoustom = "mycustom";

This is not a module for Prestashop, only added files, but we need to be able to translate into different languages.

You need to add the following bit of code into your file where the displayed text would be. This would be automatically listed in the translation tools in admin. You can see examples of the code below in lots of files that are used in presta.
