Replicating store localy

I have  a store setup and working on a domain www.xxx.com , I am looking to make some changes etc. however would like to set this up localy so i can test it before doing anything on the live site.

 

So i copied the database and the files across.

 

I edited the file for the database inc and within the database itself changed ps_shop_url to reflect the server but get the following

 

When i go to admin i get "Notice: Undefined index: adminnotfound in /volume1/web/public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php on line 316 Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /volume1/web/public_html/classes/controller/Controller.php on line 128"

 

When i go to the front end i get Notice: Undefined index: pagenotfound in /volume1/web/public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php on line 263 Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /volume1/web/public_html/classes/controller/Controller.php on line 128

 

Any suggestions?
