PayPal Pro Module and SSL error

I have SSL and just installed Paypal Pro Module. It is giving me this error:

SSL is not active
Even if it is not mandatory, we highly recommend you configure SSL on your shop. Most customers will not finalize their order if SSL is not enabled

 

Also, I enabled the module and tried paying for an item with my Visa card. It gave this message: Error, please verify the card information

 

log says this:

[PayPalPro] PayPalPro returned errors: Arrayn(n [0] => Arrayn (n [L_ERRORCODE] => 10002n [L_SHORTMESSAGE] => Security errorn [L_LONGMESSAGE] => Security header is not validn [L_SEVERITYCODE] => Errorn )nn)n

 

So, how do I fix this?

I figured out you have to turn on SSL in Prestashop and those errors went away. However now I get this error when I try to do a test Visa charge:

Any ideas?

 

On a side note: Does anybody respond on this forum? I can't get Prestashop to respond after buying their module and no one has responded on the forum to my post. I can't believe that the only way to get technical support for a purchased module is to pay.
