Eric Suhre
I am looking to have a voucher for a FREE PRODUCT when someone spends $25 or more. The only voucher "types" are %, amount and free shipping. Is it possible to have a "free product" voucher? Can I add additional types?Thanks!- Eric

first1
Eric, yes the % is the one you need. you will need to do 100%, that would give a free order.
Eric Suhre
I am not looking to give the customer a free order. I want to make a voucher to give them a "FREE GIFT" if they spend $25 or more. Below is the verbiage to our print ad for the free gift."Get our free sampler pack (5 Cappuccino flavors) with any order of $25 or more." Coupon Code: FORTCAMPBELLEach ad has a different code so we can see what ads are driving the most traffic to the site.Thanks,- Eric
first1
sure, if they spend $25 or more, then they can use a voucher code! What is the voucher code value, how much are the 5 cappuccino flavors? You can make different vouchers that are only applicable if the min amount is $25... so that is not an issue. but you need to know the amount
Eric Suhre
There is no amount to the sampler pack. The sampler pack is not a product in the cart it is a gift we have put together for this campaign only and is not offered online.Could I just set the "Type" to "Discount on order (amount)" and the "Value" to $0.00 then "Minimum Amount" to $25. So that way if anyone spends $25 and types in the voucher code it will place the "Free Gift" in the cart with no price. Is that the best way to go about this? Thanks!- Eric
first1
yes that will give you just reference to what voucher they enter ---> linked to what campaign you have... so it will help your stats. The other way is to have them as product where the customer adds the gifts and enter the vouchers to make them free.its down to you. Wolvinius
I have a different issue or request. I want to create a voucher that gives the customer a shipping upgrade. For example, my shop offers ground shipping but if the customer lives in MA, the customer can use a voucher to upgrade his/her shipping from ground to priority. How can I do that? Many thanks,
first1
I dont think that can be done in a simple why without coding
Wolvinius
...really. I was hoping for this request to be easy because I can't think of any scenario to create that condition. Thanks, first1.
first1
not to upgrade the shipping, but maybe they can use a voucher to make up for the price of shipping rght in the cart page?
