andrea22k
Hi! I got troubles with newsletter block. When you insert an email address, module gets it properly and send it to my ps_newsletter table in the database. A correct message appears to confirm the operation. The problem is that no mail is sent to the address of subscriber in most of the cases. I tried with 4 emails by 4 different providers; hotmail.it gmail.com alice.it libero.it (as you can see I'm from Italy!) Everytime, the only one mail working properly is hotmail. Other 3 don't receive anything. I also tried to send a test email from my admin panel to same addresses and all work good. So I thought it's not a problem of prestashop or of my hosting. It's just about newsletter block (version 1.4) My prestashop version is 1.5.6.0. Any ideas? Thank you
andrea22k
That's what I get on my shop mail [email protected] (the one set to send mail to subscribers) if I try to subscribe with [email protected]. Moreover that happens since I upgraded to 1.5.6.0 version. A message that you sent contained one or more recipient addresses that wereincorrectly constructed: [email protected] <[email protected]>: malformed address: <[email protected]> may not follow [email protected]This address has been ignored. There were no other addresses in yourmessage, and so no attempt at delivery was possible.------ This is a copy of your message, including all the headers. ----- To: [email protected] <[email protected]>Subject: [Wrong People Shop] Conferma newsletterX-PHP-Script: www.wrongpeople.it/shop/index.php for 82.53.153.103Return-Path: <[email protected]>From: Wrong People Shop <[email protected]>Reply-To: Wrong People Shop <[email protected]>Date: Wed, 09 Oct 2013 23:35:16 +0200X-LibVersion: 3.3.2MIME-Version: 1.0Content-Type: multipart/alternative;boundary="_=_swift-8537123145255cc14a21033.46660715_=_"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bitMessage-ID: <20131009213516.1219066525.swift@##str_replacement[1]##>This is a message in multipart MIME format.
