[SOLVED] Adding some information to address form

how I can add link in customers address form? I want to add link where customer can check his post code. Check attachment.

you can do it in authentication.tpl file located in your theme directory (while customer creating account)

or in addresses.tpl (while customer changing address in myaccount page)
