Prestashop as a simple catalog

Hi!,

I've a question:

I know Prestashop can also be used as a catalog instead of as e-commerce.

I wanted to know, in case it is used as a catalog, if the ad of the single product it is possible to order this product by filling in a form in which the customer inserts his full personal details.

There is already this thing? Can you do? you need a special form?

I'm completely ignorant about this. Let me know.
