Is an incremental upgrade from 1.2.2 --> 1.2.3 possible.

I'm not sure I can handle the pain of going through the upgrade process, as it's described in the wiki, again. Particularly because of the numerous difficultes of supporting a language other than EN/FR. I also have a couple custom modules installed.

I have a functioning 1.2.2 installation. I need to get up to 1.2.3.

Here are my questions:

1) Are there any differences to the DB/Tables between these two versions?

2) If not, is simply pulling out the source files from the SVN that have changes since 1.2.2 and replacing mine a good idea?
