Adding 'Pack' to cart doesn't let you select shipping option

I have three products on my store:

Shampoo
Conditioner
Shampoo & Conditioner Combo Pack

When you add the combo pack to your cart, and get to stage 3 of the check out process, there are no shipping options available. Just an empty yellow table/box. 

I only have one warehouse (Main), and both the Shampoo, Conditioner and the combo pack are all ticked for it. For some reason when I go into stock management, I can't see the 'Combo' option there.

 

Can someone please explain if I have done something wrong? Thank you

 

[EDIT] Further testing it would seem that because my Shampoo and Conditioner listings both have attributes (to choose scent), then they can't be put into a pack. If I use normal/individual listings, then it works. Bugger. That's not good :/
