Problems with stock

I have buyed a new theme, don`t know if this can cause the problem.


Sample,
I have a product with 4 yellow in stock /and 2 black in stock/ and 1 pink out of stock so if i go to front office and go to this product and i choose for sample the pink color that is out of stock then i can choose that one ( normally you get out of stock ) and now i go to basket and in the new screen i can see my order but not with the color pink but with a color that is in stock.
So they zero products that is out of stock don`t give a message out of stock in the front office when you choose a color that is out of stock, instead you can place the order with a fault color.
It`s with all my products so this is a major problem.
For now i have deleted all hand by hand the zero products so that my customers don`t buy something they don`t want.
