Bill Dalton
In Modules you should have "Language block" installed by default. When you add or allow more language packs a language selector button appears on your site. So, in short, you enable or add language packs here, Localization > Languages If "Language block" installed by default is enabled you should see a Language selector after you add more than one language. If you do not see the selector, go to the module section in BO. Search for "Language block", and enable the module.
