Kirin Posted October 8, 2013 Share Posted October 8, 2013 Good morning to everyone. I have PrestaShop 1.5.6 and i have a problem related to status order. Prestashop tab Orders > Orders is importing orders from my ebay account but isn't changing its status when it changes from ebay. So, since one of my colleagues can't use prestasgop yet, he is completing orders throught ebay. The problem is that now all completed orders have "payment Accepted" status, even though they have been completed several weeks ago. Any suggestion to solve my problem?
