The Infamous Search Problem

PS 1.2.3, Original Theme (No modifications)

I have been following the posts regarding the search problem and for the life of me cannot make head or tail of it. I've created 4 main categories, each with various sub-categories with products inside those sub-categories, eg:

DJ Gear,
DJ Headphones (Including Products),
DJ Packages (Including Products),
DJ Microphones (Including Products),
Studio Gear,
Studio Headphones (Including Products),
Studio Packages (Including Products),
Etc.

Now, when I search for Studio Headphones, I get the desired result, But when I search for DJ Headphones, no results are shown. Is there something I'm missing here?

OK, silly me - BO, Preferences, Search - changed min word length to 1, then re-build entire index, works - no problems.
