sabio
Hi, Isn't possible to change the order after it has been shipped? Don't want to use the return system. Regards
Martin Uker K
Hi, You mean...change the order status? It sure is possible, but it depends on the shipping module you use and if the webservice of the shipping company have this kind of function/command in its interface. sabio
Hi, No - sorry, change the products in an order. In PS 1.4 we used Orlique order manager but thought we didn't have to do that in PS 1.5 But the option to change an order doesn't seem to be valid once shipped. Martin Uker K
Well that's not a feature given by Prestashop, and I might see why. Changing the products linked to an order after shipped is quite a weird command. I mean: The order is shipped already, the only way to change its content would be to refund the order and create a new order, that's how it works in the real life., and that's possible in PS. I don't know why you need to do that, I don't see why in a Business model, you would need to change an order and its order items after the shipping. All I know: You'll need a module to achieve this or to create a feature. Martin
sabio
@Martin, that wasn't the question. If you don't know the answer please restrain yourself from replying. It's about returns, of course. Once we've received a return we want to change the order to another product and ship it again (without having to use the return system as it doesn't do very well with our booking, and business system) Oscar
