Adding an existing discount code to an order in the back office

I am still having problems with this. I have a discount code set up. I want to apply it myself to an order which has already been processed, but the custom forgot to add it before completing checkout. the "Add a new discount" section doesn't seem to offer the opportunity to add an existing code - only to make a new one. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

unfortunately this feature doesn't exist in prestashop, by default you can only create new discount code there, nothing more.

you can achieve it only with modifications of the admin order page controller, there is no other way to achieve what you expect
