[SOLVED] session problem - filled cart always be empty

Hi guys,

 

i found some problem after the shop goes live. and i tried harder to find a solved but not found.

1. i use checkout single page. if registration there, it will show a popup message:
    TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to send login informations

    Details:
    Error thrown: [object Object]
    Text status: error

 

    But, the form submitted successfully. and new account will be created.

 

2. if i login from front page, it will be fine. successfully. But, if choose a menu to continue shopping, my session will be gone. and the login button will show again.

 

3. this is same with number 2. I'm not login and choose an item, and i click chekout. checkout page will appear and i click continue shopping. and again.. my cart back to empty.

 

 

At offline mode, in my desktop it works fine, everything ok.

 

Pls take me to solved thread, or what's wrong with the hosting.

still the same, i can't open your website.

i don't know where the problem was, i checked also on my mobile (different ISP) and still the same :(

 

i think your DNS not resolved yet.

you can change your DNS manually, to google's. 8.8.8.8

same with me, i used my ISP's DNS and can not load the page.

Hello! You mark the post with error Unable to send login information as SOLVED, but it isn't Solved, I use now 1.5.6.2 which was the latest version, until march 2014. And the problem persist for a 1-2 months.

it's an only a symptom of some unknow problem in your store.

it this topic problem was with cache, and as author of this topic mentioned - he solved problem witch caching.

 

in your case, problem can be different, but symptoms are the same,
