cantcloseaccount
Hey all, I have a major drama with my site, Since upgrading to 1.55 modules aren't loading in the Header Footer and Right positins, and Random other spots... I changed theme to test that out and same issue using Leo>Converse Theme. Tried a New install of PS and as soon as I imported my database the site fell over again even when I activated the default theme. I'm guessing this is a Module configuration issue? This is my site: drystore.com.au/shop/ This is My testing site: http://www.drystore.com.au/store/ With PHP errors turned on, Most of those errors are them related Im guessing. My Payment module won't show up in checkout, which is killing me! Any solutions or ideas to try? Thanks Louis
Dh42
Is the theme compatible with 1.5? You might should contact leo and ask them for support.
cantcloseaccount
Yeah it is a compatible theme, but this issue occurs with the default theme as soon as I import my database? Is there a setting I might have flicked on in the Backend that could cause modules to stop showing in the header, footer and colums? I did change the localisation settings as it defaulted back to USA? I also changed the groups to show Tax as included.... can't think of anything else that could have caused this, perhaps my database has been corrupted? Thanks for the reply. Dh42
More than likely what the issue is, is that in different themes, modules are hooked into different places. A lot of theme developers have pdf's that show where things need to be hooked and what position they need to be in. I would contact leo and see if they have on for that theme. cantcloseaccount
I didn't change themes when upgrading and the issue started without any position changes. (Was using the free BlackHawk theme listed in the forum) Then I tried another theme to see if this was the issue and used that themes default positions (selected in the import theme module) I'm just duplicating my PS install and I will go through and unhook a bunch of modules to see if I can get it working. Thanks for the suggestion.
cantcloseaccount
Ended up totally reinstalling and reconfiguring the site, now the task of importing all the customers and orders, must have had a problem somewhere in the database.... Pretty annoying. Thanks for the suggestions but positioning didn't fix the issue. Louis
