Add discounted and original product price to product.tpl and product-list.tpl

Hi,

I'd like to know how can i modifiy the default prestashop product.tpl and product-list.tpl to show either the original price and the discounted price with its percentage if that's the case.

 

i'd like the product.tpl format to be something like:

 

_____________________________________________________________

 

Original price: 10€

Discounted price 5€ - 50% (or without the percentage if there's none)

 Discount until: DD/MM/YYYY  (if applies)
_____________________________________________________________
 

I have already tried a lot of options but i don't know if it's me who's doing something wrong and it only shows the original price or if the code is wrong and that's why i'm making this post.

if i find a solution i'll post it here and try to make a dummy-proof guide to solve this once and for all (in this forum and the spanish and italian one)

Could you help me out? (i'm running the latest version: 1.5.5.0)

By the way, on the product details (product.tpl) in the default template displays the discount.

How  can i do on product-list.tpl ?? i solved on product tpl whith this {$precioOriginal=($product->base_price+($tax_rate*$product->base_price)/100)}; but in product-list.tpl cant use $product->base_price.  zorry my English   i'm use prestashop 1.5.6.3
