I can't not save my content ?

Hi, I want to edit a content for the homepage. 

 

I wrote my text , it's fine and when I saved. I got a message that say . your setting have been saved but in fact it doesn't. I still revert to default content.

 

What can I do ? 

 

 

I also want to embed video (youtube) but it' say that It's invalid content ?

 

Also there is not Menu for the menu bar , ( Free menu ?)

go to preferences > general and "allow to use iframes"
