Yes I have used these languages before, but how can this be related to languages? and also which files don't exist i don't understand?

it's because google indexed website before, when these languages were active.

now google stil remember these pages and trying to open these pages, so you see that these pages (languages) don't exist because you removed them.

Thank you El Patron and vekia, i will definitely do that, but one thing is that I also get a increase in server errors in webmasters, as well as none of my sites, meaning i have 3 languages have gotten indexed during 3 days already, why can this be?

and what about block these pages in robots.txt do you think that this will work too? just wondering.

moreover, if your website was indexed by some other crawlers (not google) - for example crawlers created by hackers for spam / hack purposes  - it will be a bit hard to remove these pages from their indexes... so once in a while you will see these errors in logs
