Remove categories listing from page

Hi

 

a few questions that i've asked  before but no one has answered them?

 

Another question came up. My featured products don't seem to appear even though I chose 'Home' as one of the associated categories

 

Also on the individual pages such as 'Makue up' a list of the categories appears on the page and below that the actual products. how can I get rid of the categories and JUST keep the products on the page?

 

1. how to change the 'Product section' in the footer (see attached image) I managed to find out how to change all the other things but not the following areas I tried to disable the 'our stores' in the store location module but it doesn't change anything.What module manages these items?

3. I can't access the contacts page or the our store page?
