christophernewman24
We are experiencing a problem on our site. Items that have combinations are showing up on the frontend and the backend with double the retail price. However when you go to the modify edit form of the item the retail price is the correct amount price, half. Here is an example product. In the backend the item is really $38.99 images attached. Please help us with this. Thanks in advance.

Carolina Custom Designs
each of the combinations are the same price. For some reason the price on the frontend is double. That is precisely why the price on the FO is doubled. You have the default price at $38.99 and the combination set to $38.99. This will double the price in the FO. You should make the combinations what you want the price to increase to. Marty Shue
christophernewman24
we solved the issue, we are adding a price to the top level item and a price to the combination. when we should only add the price to the combination and not the toplevel item. Hi Christopher, although your approach will work, I think it would be easier for you to just set the price for the product. Given that all your combinations are the same price, you wouldn't then have to make any price adjustments at combination level. As Marty suggests, you can mark the topic as SOLVED now. Go to your first post, click Edit then click Use Full Editor. Add [sOLVED] to the start of the title. I would also suggest not putting 'bug' in your thread title until it's clear from forum responses that there is indeed a bug present!
