Hello All,

I recently installed PrestaShop for a Client and got the error message stated in the Topic Title above.

I am using PayPal to process the payments and I have it in Sandbox mode for testing purposes with our credentials in the Settings.

Everything runs fine until I get to 'Step 5' of placing an order, and it gives the error message (No payment modules have been installed yet.)

Everything is installed and configured properly/fully and I have gone to BO->Modules->Payment and checked to make sure my country was selected (checked) and it was and I still get this error message.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and why, or if there is something that I am missing?

Please advise as it would be most helpful.

Thanks.

Yes, I did and still would get that error message.

I added another payment module called Stripe and it goes all the way through but I get no payment confirmation (with a link to download) via e-mail, e-mail.

Any info to help resolve would be greatly appreciated.

  • 2 weeks later...

I'm having the same issue with PAYPAL EUROPE. This problem has been a pain for the last two months. I have reinstalled the whole store TWICE and still I'm getting this error.

My Great Britain customers can order but it does not work in Spain. The first time I had the problem, it was the opposite, I got orders from Spain but nothing from the UK.

I made the changes recommended here, added Store Contacts and changed the HOOKS and problem persists.

I have tried to reproduce the problem in my machine in the US but I don't get this error. Even using Spain or UK addresses, PayPal works fine. Could it be a problem with the user's browser? I doubt it though...

PLEASE HELP! This seems to be a coding error in Prestashop.
