AlexandreM Posted October 1, 2013 Share Posted October 1, 2013 Hola, He instalado el módulo de Yotpo en mi tienda online pero no aparece en mi página de producto. He variado todas las posiciones posibles que permite el módulo desde el back end y no he conseguido que aparezca. ¿Alguien sabe cual puede ser la razón y como solucionar mi problema? Yotpo Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 Hola AlexandreM, Si por pestaña te referís a la Testimonials tab, ésta no se encuentra habilitada en tu sitio. Para habilitarla, ingresá a tu cuenta Customize > Testimonials y tildá " Testimonials enabled". Cualquier otra consulta, por favor abrí un ticket con Yotpo Support. Saludos! margaritag Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Al parecer hay un problema con la versión1.29 de yotpo- me mandaron este mensaje : "It has recently come to our attention that Prestashop made changes to the latest version of our Prestashop module without our knowledge. Unfortunately this change has created a conflict which could potentially crash your site. PLEASE do not update your currently Yotpo module to the latest version (version 1.2.9).
