SteveM
I created an csv file with a single product and specified a 10% Reduction off the Retail price.Imported the file and when I displayed the product page the Reduction Price was the same as the Retail price.I repeated this a couple of times just in case I had made a mistake, but I got the same result.Looking at the product info page, the Final Retail Price was correct. So I edited the product info page manually, deleting the reduction percent, then adding it back. Saved the data and then re-displayed the page and the correct discounted price was displayed.Cheers,Steve

Cosmi
I have the same problem. Is there a solution?Cosmi
Cosmi
Solved. You should also put the reduction time. For no time, just pun the same dates on both fields.
