Kristy420 Posted October 1, 2013 Share Posted October 1, 2013 Setting up my shop and in placing a test order, I am not being taken to PayPal. Getting message that there is a problem with the seller's email address. My other shop worked fine transferring to PayPal with my email address. I have made sure that my email address at payPal and Prestashop and my host are all the same. I have entered and re-entered my information too many times to count. I have pasted in the correct API info several times. I have requested and received new API info from PayPal and re-entered that. I have uninstalled, reset, renstalled and configured PayPal module several times. PayPal Help is no help. They send me links to articles on how to set up an email. Any other ideas on what I can do? What I had in the Pay Pal Business Account section (in the Pay Pal module) was just the name of the company, I changed that to the Pay Pal email and it worked beautifully Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
