I think they were generated by some sort of program automatically. Because these spam cars were generated every few seconds. Please see the screen-shot. Those 4 spam carts were generated in 7 seconds (there are so many more). How can I stop any program to call my shop and generate the spam carts? Have you ever experience such things? Thank you!
