Two column on index page

I am using Leo Sport theme using prestashop
Can i have 2 column on index page after the hover style, left column should have all my categories, Manufacturers, whilst etc.. on right column the result of the clicked menu from left column,

so you mean that you want to change homepage to looks like, for example, categories page: http://shaadimubarakh.com/index.php?id_category=7&controller=category&id_lang=1

i don't understand, you have got in menu Man / Ladies / Kids etc.

after hover mouse on one of the category, you want to display left column like on page mentioned above?

well, it is possible, but you will have to modify a lot of code
