Editing the customer address form

I would like to edit the customer address details form to include details such as office building, office number and such details. Is there a module which can relpace the default form or alternatively which files can I edit and would editing files also entail making changes to the database?

unfortunately i don't know any module for this.

You will need to edit Address class (extend object definition) and also create new fields in database

+ some modifications to display these fields in certain back office pages (for example order details etc.)
