nazbad Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 (edited) Hi everybody, I'm newbie in Prestashop. I tried to access Advanced Parameters>>E-mail. But, the following message appear : Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin_mm/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Could someone please help me. vekia Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 you've got issue only when you trying to open adv. parameters > payment tab? and what with other tabs? can you show how the url adv. param > email looks like? nazbad Posted September 30, 2013 Author Share Posted September 30, 2013 Hi all, To my surprise, this morning I select Advanced Parameter>>E-mail tab, and everything back to normal. Ganesh Hipparkar Posted November 13, 2013 Share Posted November 13, 2013 Hello Vekia, I have problem with only Advanced Parameters-> Newsletter tab other tabs are working properly. when i m trying to access Advanced Parameters-> Newsletter it show the following error message Error appear : Controller not found The controller AdminNewsletter is missing or invalid.
