Hide manufacturers from certain customers

I'm in the position of having a bunch of product manufacturers, but I somehow need to hide certain manufacturers from certain customers.

 

For instance, let's say I have three manufacturers, A, B and C, and two customers, 1 and 2.

Customer 1 is only supposed to see products from manufacturer A but customer 2 may see all of them.

 

Is there any way of achieving this?

by default you cant hide manufacturers for certain customers. Moreover, the questions is:

about what page element you're tralking? about manufacturers block where you can select manufacturers? 
or maybe about manufacturers page/

I'm talking about all products from a manufacturer, plus the manufacturers name on the manufacturers block and basically any information about that manufacturer existing on the site.

maybe with small configure in Group.

where group create for specific manufacturers with code. and costumer must join the group for see manufacturers product.
