HowHard
Hi, Using PS 1.5.3.1 The store works fine generally but according to my client sometimes when he tries to add a product to cart (set to take straight to cart page) it takes you to an empty cart page and he cannot add a product to cart. Yet if he then runs CCleaner (a browser history etc cleaner) it all works fine again. I'm pretty clueless as what I can do to fix this. Don't want repeat customers being put off or unable to place new orders!! Any help much appreciated! H

HowHard
think it's most likely related to cookies or something, apparently it only happens if he hasn't been on the site for a while. Not exactly an easy one to replicate and well I wouldn't have a clue how to diagnose etc edit: when i say he hasn't been on it a while, I don't mean his cart has emptied, I mean he can't phsyically add a product to cart, every time it redirects him to an empty cart.
