hello

i just thought that the problem is related to your server mail() method but you said that you use SMTP.

so in this case - can you try with simple mail() ? only for test purposes,  it will be much easier to say what and where doesn't work

Hello

When I use SMTP mail at that time this problem occurs. In php mail() it is working. How to fix it in smtp mail plz suggest me.

Thanks

Hello

We are also experiencing the same problem what @jdgojariya is experiencing. No solution yet. For us, since we host with GoDaddy, the SMTP is the only way since emails using php mail() doesn't get delivered in GoDaddy hosting.

Appreciate if anyone has solution for this issue.
