jdelgado
Hi, I seem to have the same issue. In my case I moved our client book store from www.my-domain.com (hosted in Rackspace) to shop.my-domain.com (which I've hosted in MediaTemple). The images are there, I can see them in each product profile in the Back Office and also I see them if I connect by FTP but the website can't find them. I used Cloudflare CDN but it's obviously paused until the moving process ends. The thumb in the Homepage and on the product porfile are: http://shop.my-domain.com/5126-home/book-title.jpg http://shop.my-domain.com/5126-large/book-title.jpg ... but my images are actually hosted at http://shop.my-domain.com/img/p/ I've also noticed that the search box can't find any book. And last but not least, I used to have around 200.000 files inside the foder cache/cachefs (subfolders e to z) but I didn't move those to the new server. I manually created the foder /cache and added the index.php and also created /cachefs and uploaded the files keysCached and tablesCached. Any advice welcome! Almarma
Try to delete the .htaccess file (or just rename it to .htaccess.old, for example), and make Prestashop create a new one (go to Preferences -> SEO & URLs, and click on "Save") About the cache folder, you don't need to manually add items there, Prestashop will do itself as you get visits. I think it's even better to delete everything from the cache folder and let it to be controlled by Prestashop itself.
