tomerg3 Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 There is no on-off switch for this. You need to create the entire theme structure in a fluid way. There are quite a few responsive / fluid themes out there (addons store, and other theme stores), which would be much cheaper / quicker than try to convert a non fluid theme into one.
