[SOLVED] how to show all language option?

currently my web site language option shown like the first picture,  only mouse hover on it can show all language options, but i want to customize the code to show all language options like the second picture,

 

 

I want to know where can find the file to edit. anyone can help?

so instead of flag you want to use country name and remove dropdown effect, just want to display languages inline ?
