eBay Categories hanging

[Essex Dog Supplies]

I have installed eBay Prestashop for use with eBay UK.

 

The module has loaded and I have saved my user details. I am now trying to select categories for my products. There isn't a category in the drop down menus and I've asked it to fetch them for me and it's been looking for at least 6 hours now but hasn't timed out or done anything?

 

Any suggestions? Screen shot attached.

hello,

if you don't have cateogry in dropdown you must unistall and install the module.

the download of category ebay is the first operation that the module do when you save the token.

Some other things to look for

 

Make sure you are NOT in maintenance mode - some, at least, of the module's ajax calls fail if you are.

 

If you can, check the database ps_configuration table for the value of EBAY_CATEGORY_LOADED = if it's 1, set it back to zero to force them to be fetched again.  Check if ps_ebay_category has been populated.

 

Check your webserver error_log for any obvious messages

Hi all,

 

I have a very similar problem and the solution to reload the table don't work well, i have only 51 lines in my tables ebay_category.

Any idea ?
