Gary Host
Hi guys, I have a website, let's say website.com, and a prestashop setup, at the adress websit.com/shop. Right now, I have two login forms, one on the website and one on the shop, that get theri infos from different databases. I have managed to transfer my user database to the prestashop database, and my users can login in prestashop. The only problem is I would like the login of my website and my shop to read the same database. Is that possible, from a remote address (when I say "remote", I mean from "website.com" and not "website.com/shop") ? I read about the prestashop API, managed to make it work, but i don't really know where to take it from there. Haas anyone already done that ? Thank you very much for you answers. vekia
it is possible, but you will have to change login script in website.com page. just connect to prestashop database and that's all

vekia
i suppose that you should also create domain cookie, the same as prestashop cookie. then, when you will log in in website.com website, you will be also logged on website.com/shop/
