Newsletter and statistics module not working

I already posted this somewhere else in the forum, but i dont think it was the right place so ill repost it here:

 

Hello, i just bought the newsletter and statistics module from addons, and its not working at all.

I can not fill it with content . I Can write plain text , but when i click on the insert image button, or html button , or even just trying to change the font color, the box that pops up is just blank. See screenshot.

 

I dont know if im doing something seriously wrong or whats going on, but i need help asap :/
