PayPal Standard Payments - Orders being created, but payment not tracking properly

Hello,

 

I've recently been experiencing issues with the paypal payments standard module.

 

Since updating to 1.5.5, payments from paypal now aren't posting properly as "Payment Accepted" statuses. Payments seem to be posted, but dont have transaction details anymore. I'll attach 2 screenshots showing order details pre 1.5.5 update and post.

Also, it appears now that when payments are coming back, new entries are not being posted in the ps_paypal_usa_transaction, where new entries were created for each transaction before.

 

Any help on getting this back to working properly would be greatly appreciated. Also, because these payments aren't coming back fully, no invoice is being created.

 

Again, this was working properly pre 1.5.5 update. Could it be file permissions on module files maybe?
